Orders & pricing

An order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we accept the order and dispatch it. Prices are shown in the listed currency and include applicable UK VAT where required. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Payment

We accept major card payments and PayPal. Funds are taken at or after order confirmation.

Shipping & customs

Shipping is governed by our shipping policy. International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes and clearance.

Returns

Returns are governed by our returns policy. Custom-built items are non-returnable except where faulty or not as described.

Warranty & liability

Products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. Improper installation or misuse voids coverage. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
